By the end of 2019, the fourth original mural was installed on another building facade by LMAP. The Lansdale Mural Arts Program's mission since 2013 has been to help make Lansdale more beautiful, One Huge Canvas at a Time! And no canvas yet shines brighter than the home of LMAP’s fourth piece at the VFW on Cannon Avenue & 3rd Streets in town.

For 12 Seasons under the umbrella of Discoverlansdale.org, the Annual Christmas Tree Display program surprised and delighted visitors at numbers of great locations in town. And it always demands mentioning how grateful we were to all 8 Brave Building Owners/Managers for trusting a “Merry Band of Elves” to come into their homes for business, at least once!
The annual display countinues to spread cheer! Each Holiday Season highlights LMAP: The Lansdale Mural Arts Program & Discover Lansdale. The display also partners with many participating businesses and peer organizations in the area. A wholly volunteer effort, each year showcases these vital area businesses and non-profits in Lansdale. Want to learn more? Held on the Front Lawn of the Lansdale Business Center, this Special Event is offered as a FUN-draiser for the Pet Pantry at Manna on Main Street, Lansdale, and for LMAP, The Lansdale Mural Arts Program. Free to attend, with the hope that guests make monetary donations and/or contribute pet food, or both, to these two important efforts to and for Lansdale.
Many of you may recognize the “slogan” Pets Are People Too! And we always want to remind that although any of their clients have pets and it seems that while so many give generously to Manna and other helps organizations financially, it may not click for us that if people are struggling, their pets are too!
Go ahead and GIVE somewhere today! You will be so glad you did!
